 Things were going really good the other day until I went to one of my affiliates offices.  I set up shop and tried to get on the internet with my laptop and guess what?  My wireless capabilities had been disabled - from the inside.  My virus software was doing tricks on me.  You could imagine my frustration.   My system was not cooperating with me.  The day before, I had made some changes to how my system started up.  What I did not know is... I might have clicked one to many times.  You're probably laughing by now, or you have had the same experience.  It turned out that, a MALWare had gotten into my system.  As I scrambled to get answers I found that a lot of the so called computer companies, weren't so willing to be helpful.  They wanted big bucks to diagnose the problem - and maybe they could provide the solution.  Then I remembered one of our newest sponsors - the ComputerSavvy Guy!  I made the call to him & explained the problem.  In a short period of time, he was walking me through solving my compute woes.   He was committed and dedicated to helping me solve my issues.  The ComputerSavvy Guy can help you too, if you have a computer problem.  Click on the Computer Tech Minute and start solving your computer woes.

Over the past 30 years,  I have consulted with thousands of people who put their trust in the information we provide and the companies we represent.  It is an awesome responsibility that is not taken lightly.  

I realize that the destiny of those we serve are in our hands, and that my friend is a sobering though.  Each time I or one of our colleagues meet with people we treat our clients financial matters as if they were our own.  It's personal.   It's Professional.

  • Computer Tech Minute by ComputerSavvy

     Has this ever happen to you?  From Steve Srein- Editor
     on 9/18/09 I had to restore my system to a previous date.  After I did, I began to have problems getting on the internet thru my wireless connection.  My virus software became outdated.  I made the corrections, then, in AOL, in the top of the email window, the senders information is no longer present.  In Craigslist, it will not allow me
    to reply, I can not connect to Facebook, Faxmicro or Windows Live.  My system will not allow me to access Help & Support or Search features in the Start menu.  The list goes on.  Virus software was re-installed and ran, no viruses or problems were detected.

    The Computer Savvy Guy walked me thru all the steps I needed to take, OVER THE PHONE, and he solved my computer woes.
